Welcome to MAGAViral.com. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MAGAViral.com and any features, forms, content, or services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. ABOUT MAGA VIRAL
MAGA Viral™ is a media platform focused on major stories, grassroots voices, independent creators, local issues, and topics of public interest.
Content available through MAGA Viral may include news, reporting, commentary, opinion, analysis, submitted material, social media content, interviews, video, photographs, graphics, and other editorial material.
2. USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes unless we expressly authorize another use.
You agree not to:

Publication decisions are made at our discretion.
Submission of information to MAGA Viral does not guarantee publication, coverage, investigation, attribution, compensation, or a response.
We may edit, shorten, fact-check, contextualize, decline, remove, update, correct, or otherwise modify editorial material when appropriate.
Opinions expressed by individual contributors, interview subjects, guests, commenters, or third parties do not necessarily represent the views of MAGA Viral.
4. STORY TIPS AND SUBMISSIONS
You may have opportunities to submit story ideas, tips, photographs, video, documents, written material, recordings, or other content (“Submitted Material”).
By submitting material, you represent that:
• The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the legal right to provide the Submitted Material to MAGA Viral.
• Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
• You will not knowingly submit unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, defamatory, or fabricated material.
• You have obtained any permissions reasonably necessary to submit material owned or controlled by another person.
You remain responsible for the Submitted Material you provide.
5. LICENSE FOR SUBMITTED MATERIAL
You retain any ownership rights you may have in your Submitted Material.
However, by voluntarily submitting material to MAGA Viral, you grant MAGA Viral a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, transmit, archive, promote, and otherwise use the Submitted Material in connection with MAGA Viral’s editorial, journalistic, promotional, social media, and related activities.
This license includes the ability to format, crop, excerpt, caption, resize, translate, or otherwise adapt Submitted Material for different media and platforms.
Where reasonably appropriate, MAGA Viral may provide attribution. However, attribution is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
If you do not have authority to grant these rights, do not submit the material.
6. NO CONFIDENTIAL RELATIONSHIP
Unless MAGA Viral expressly agrees otherwise in writing, sending a story tip, document, message, email, or other submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, attorney-client, employment, agency, partnership, or other special relationship.
Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, trade-secret, highly sensitive, or restricted information unless you are authorized to provide it and understand that MAGA Viral has not agreed to keep it confidential.
7. CONTRIBUTORS
MAGA Viral may invite or accept applications from independent writers, citizen journalists, creators, photographers, commentators, or other contributors.
Submitting an application or contacting MAGA Viral about contributing does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency, or compensation relationship.
Any contributor relationship, payment arrangement, ownership agreement, licensing agreement, or other professional arrangement must be separately agreed upon.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for material owned by third parties or submitted by users, the Site and its original content, branding, graphics, logos, designs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MAGA Viral and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
“MAGA Viral™,” the MAGA Viral name, logos, designs, and related branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
You may share links to MAGA Viral content and use limited excerpts where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MAGA Viral intellectual property to you.
9. COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
MAGA Viral respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe material appearing on MAGAViral.com infringes your copyright, please contact us and provide enough information for us to identify the material, understand your claim, and respond appropriately.
