MAGA Viral products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
WRONG SIZE OR COLOR ORDERED
Because our products are made to order, we cannot provide returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.
Please review product sizing information carefully before placing your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or misprinted products, customers generally will not be required to return the affected item unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Do not mail products back without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund after it has been issued.
